LEONARDO is a wireless TAG sensor designed to be used to protect any type of object, which needs to be protected from removal or movement. By detecting any movement and any alteration of the magnetic field around the object, Leonardo TAG represents the ideal solution for securing an object in the most diverse scenarios.
LEONARDO can generate 3 distinct types of alarm:
- Alarm based on 3-axis accelerometric sensor (MEMS technology) to prevent objects from moving.
- Alarm based on 3-axis magnetic field reader. Unlike a standard magnetic contact, the reader stores the magnetic field around the object at 360° and generates the alarm if this is modified, preventing any kind of bypass attempt. A magnet is supplied to stabilize the system.
- Alarm based on vibration sensor. The sensor can be activated/deactivated as desired and it is possible set its sensitivity (low/high).
The sensor is plug & play, it does not require calibration, except for any sensitivity to vibrations. However, it is possible to automatically optimize the tag using the calibration function present
on the Wi-Art receiving unit.
The receiving unit shows the status of the TAG alarm modes on the LCD display.
